Puzzle customers who fully onboard and connect supported integrations can reduce the time required to complete their monthly close by 50% or more compared to QuickBooks or similar general ledger software. If you do not experience at least a 50% reduction in your month-end close time within your first 60 days, we will refund your Puzzle subscription fees.

‍To qualify, customers must:

• Complete Puzzle onboarding and setup call within 7 days of subscription start

• Connect all primary financial data sources using supported live API integrations, including bank accounts, credit cards, payroll, invoicing, and payment processors

• Use Puzzle as the primary general ledger for at least one full monthly close cycle

• Categorize transactions, reconcile all connected accounts, and use Puzzle’s tranaction, vendor AI Month-End Close Accuracy reviews

• For single-entity accounting structures only

• Not rely on CSV uploads, PDF uploads, or unsupported integrations

‍Measurement of time savings

‍

‍Month-end close time is defined as the total time required to categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and complete the accuracy review necessary to finalize financial statements. Time savings are measured based on customer-reported comparisons between their prior general ledger software and Puzzle.

‍

If you do not experience at least a 50% reduction in month-end close time in your second month close, you may request a refund of your Puzzle subscription fees within 30 days (up to 90 days from original subscription date). Refunds apply only to Puzzle subscription fees and exclude third-party fees, implementation fees, taxes, and pass-through costs.
