I’m a founder. Which plan is best for my company?

If your company is in its early stages, not generating revenue yet, and has less than $5,000 in monthly expenses, the Accounting basics plan would be a great place for you to start. If you find yourself wanting access to the features not available on these plans, you can upgrade at any time. If your company generates revenue and/or has more than $10,000 in monthly expenses, the Accounting plus Insights plan would be the right fit for you. If your company uses accrual accounting, we recommend the Accounting plus Advanced Automation plan. I’m a bookkeeper or accountant. Which plan should I choose?

If you or your clients need to do Stripe reconciliations, we highly recommend the Accounting plus Advanced Automation plan. If you need custom reports, then the Accounting plus Scale plan would support your needs. If your client’s needs are less complex and you do not need accrual accounting for them, you could begin with the Accounting plus Insights plan.

What is included in the 14-day trial?

When you create an account with Puzzle, you’ll get placed on a free 14-day trial of our premium plan, Accounting plus Scale. This plan unlocks all the features available, so you can explore what is relevant to the needs of your company. No credit card information is needed to start your trial.

What happens after my trial ends?

Once your trial ends, you will be placed on the free Accounting basics plan at no cost to you. Your data from the trial will be saved. If you decide that you want to take advantage of the other features we offer, you can upgrade at any time.

Do you do bookkeeping and accounting?

While Puzzle does not directly provide these services, we have a trusted network of accounting service and bookkeeping firm partners that we can pair you with based on your needs. These partners specialize in various areas, including startup accounting, monthly bookkeeping, tax filing, and all-in-one solutions.

Will you file my taxes for me?

While Puzzle will not file taxes for you, we offer a tax package (available from the Basic plan) that you can download and submit through your preferred method to file taxes. Otherwise, you can leverage Puzzle’s trusted network of accounting service and bookkeeping firm partners.

Do you support multi-currency?

We do not support non-U.S. bank accounts at this time. However, if your transactions flow through to Brex, Mercury, or a U.S. bank account that converts the foreign currency into USD, we are able to support you in this case.
