We’re excited to share some of our favorite product updates from February — let’s take a look!

Featured update: One-click tax package

You now have access to your tax reports package in Puzzle!

This one-click export includes the primary accounting reports typically requested by tax preparers. You can avoid the hassle of digging around trying to figure out what files and formats you should share. We pull together a file for your tax preparer that includes a formatted General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Trial Balance.

New & improved

🔦 Spotlight - new vendors

Puzzle’s Spotlight feature highlights your company’s most important cash activity from the most recent period: significant changes and significant components of burn.

In February, we built a new addition to the spotlight: new vendors! You can view all vendors  — highlighted in yellow — that were new in the most recent period vs. a comparison period.

🏎️💨 Improved experiences

We are constantly pushing out new features and improvements.  Here are some of our favorites from February…

• Bill upload functionality
• Within our bills management functionality, we added the ability to upload PDFs of your bills to the Puzzle system. This allows you to have detailed documents to support the data in Puzzle. Look out for more to come here as we continue to develop our bills management features!
• Auto-import of Mercury bank statements to reconciliations
• Within our Reconciliations, Puzzle now uses the bank statement data in the Mercury API to automatically pull relevant information directly into Puzzle’s reconciliations.
