📣 Featured update: Custom Notifications

Stay in the know when you are tagged or tagged others, and when users are added or deleted, and your integration status.

So much time is wasted copying transactions, emailing back and forth, and then searching for that transaction.  Now you can tag your colleagues for context, review receipts, and you automatically subscribe to the transaction until your request is completed.  It’s just that easy. You can find, customize and choose in-app or email notifications from your notifications settings or from your dashboard.

📕 Your books, your way.  Create your own chart of accounts.

While Puzzle gathered dozens of charts of accounts from leading startups to setup every startup for scale, we recognize every business is different.  Now you can create your own parent, child and grandchild accounts, so you can see your financial statements exactly how you want to see them. Review or add to yours here.

📥 Accountants: Export your general ledger and trial balance.

Your general ledger is the foundation of your financial statements.  You can now explore your general ledger online or download it anytime from your accounting tab.  We also added a downloadable trial balance while we were at it on your reports tab.

We constantly push out small features to make your experience faster and easier.  A few notable improvements:

• Improved filters and search.Your transaction page just got faster, including an intuitive date picker with preset options, amounts searchable by now absolute values, and a shortcut button for transactions assigned to you.
• ‘Not categorized’ shortcut button.
  Quickly see which transactions are uncategorized and need your most urgent attention, now in one click.
• Faster and more accurate metrics.
  Now all your metrics on every page, report and file will align to naming convention, definition, and source.
• Cleaned up reports page.Ok, we get it, bright purple everywhere is jarring on the eyes.
• The revenue card is now right on your dashboard, which you can see it by annualized revenue, Stripe ARR, and customized ARR coming soon.
